His Lesson Killed My Mother Now He Will Pay Chapter 33
“Give me the statement.”
Graham went to the desk and took the document from the lawyer’s hands. After reading the last page, he tore it in half.
Vivian shot to her feet. “Have you lost your mind? The foundation is already gone. If you’re cut from the family trust, you’ll have nothing left!”
He set the torn pages on the desk.
“Then I’ll have nothing left.”
“For a woman who will never forgive you? Is that worth it?”
“This has nothing to do with whether she forgives me.”
Graham’s voice was rough, but he didn’t look at me.
“I canceled the van. I sent the recording to Sloane. Nora called me, and I made the decision not to answer.”
Then he looked up at his mother.
“I don’t get to rebrand what I did as being manipulated just because Sloane was worse.”
Vivian had gone pale.
But Graham didn’t stop.
“That night, you all knew Nora was asking for help. Sloane said she was manipulating me, so I ignored her calls. Sloane said asking about Elena would mean letting Nora win, and you never asked again.”
“And now you want her to sign a statement so it looks like our whole family was simply led astray by a consultant.”
