The Night I Went Into Labor His Stepsister Livestreamed Herself Bedding My Husband Chapter 10
“You’re lying!”
Julian, frantic now, forgot about the ring of bodyguards around him and screamed at me.
“I’ve gone with her to every prenatal appointment! It can’t be fake!”
I shook my head.
“Do you know why Bianca was sent to live with those foster relatives to begin with?”
“She seduced the man of the house. She got pregnant, didn’t dare tell anyone, went to a back-alley clinic for an abortion, and the wife found out.”
“She damaged herself so badly she can’t have children.”
“When I shoved her earlier, it only confirmed it.”
Julian looked as though the ground had opened beneath him. But he still turned to Bianca, hoping.
“Bianca. Stella’s lying, right? You’re really carrying our baby, aren’t you?”
Bianca threw her head back and laughed wildly. Then she reached under her clothes and yanked off the prosthetic belly.
She fixed her hateful glare on me.
“Stella Sinclair, you look like such a harmless little thing. I never guessed you’d been digging into me.”
Of course I had. Someone who’d shattered my life—I could hardly ignore her completely.
Originally, though, I’d only investigated to prepare for the divorce.
Who would’ve thought Julian would sign the papers without so much as glancing at them?
Sebastian looked down at Bianca. His eyes were pure murder.
“You seduced the family that took you in. Now you’ve latched onto your stepbrother. You don’t deserve to walk among people.”
He turned to Marcus.
“Break her legs. Leave her to fend for herself.”
Bianca screamed, shrill and desperate, begging Sebastian to spare her.
But the bodyguards had her out of sight in under a minute.
“As for you.”
Sebastian’s gaze shifted to Julian.
Julian threw himself at me and wrapped both arms around my legs, sobbing.
“Stella, I was wrong. Bianca fooled me. I regret everything. I never actually wanted to divorce you.”
Before I could open my mouth, a massive force kicked Julian a good six feet away.
Sebastian planted his foot on Julian’s chest.
“You want to die? I’ll be happy to arrange it.”
Marcus and I both rushed to pull him off. This wasn’t a joke anymore—if a body ended up on the floor, things would spiral fast.
I glanced at Vivienne. She didn’t seem to mind at all. If anything, she seemed rather pleased.
It took real effort to drag Sebastian back, and his fury still wasn’t spent.
Vivienne wore a wry smile.
“Weren’t they the ones who looked down on people they thought were rummaging through trash? Weren’t they the ones sorting people into their little pecking order? Then give them what they wanted.”
She let her eyes drift, meaningfully, to the director and his security guards.
The director wet himself. He fell forward and began kowtowing to Sebastian, pleading.
Sebastian gave one small wave of his hand. Marcus understood without a word.
The next day, a new cluster of homeless men appeared on the streets of Manhattan.
Julian went bankrupt and was sent back to the countryside to feed pigs on some farm.
He hated Bianca with everything in him, and his only source of joy became beating her.
Eventually she couldn’t take the beatings anymore. With her broken legs dragging behind her, she seduced an old widower in town, and the two of them ran off together.
After further tests, Vivienne did indeed need surgery.
The day she was discharged, the whole family came to pick her up.
At the hospital entrance, Julian was crouched there with a bouquet of flowers.
“Stella. I was wrong. I was so wrong. Please, forgive me.”
“I talked to a lawyer. A divorce like ours doesn’t hold up. I won’t agree to it!”
“Come back. I need you. That kick from Sebastian left me with internal injuries. I don’t need him to pay for it, but at the very least, you should come back and take care of me.”
“Let’s remarry. Divorce Sebastian, take half of his fortune. Forget the kids. We’ll have plenty of our own.”
He was reaching for my hand as he spoke. I stepped back, quick.
Disgusting. I felt tainted just being near him.
Before I could turn him down, a razor-sharp voice cut in from behind me.
“You dare show your face here?”
Julian shuddered, but gritted his teeth and looked up at me anyway.
“Stella, I know you love me. You married me straight out of college. We were happy together.”
“You just—you couldn’t keep it in your pants, and you betrayed her!”
Sebastian actually seemed a little impressed by Julian’s nerve—considering that one kick had broken several of his ribs.
“What man doesn’t stray? Sebastian, can you honestly say there aren’t women around you? If you can keep your dick in your pants, it just means you can’t get it up!”
Julian was throwing every last card he had.
Sebastian’s brow furrowed.
“No woman gets near me. Not except my mother and my wife.”
“And as for whether I can ‘get it up’—that’s certainly not for you to comment on.”
His eyes flicked to the twins skipping and laughing with Marcus a few feet away. The answer was self-evident.
Julian saw the children and roared with envy.
“I had a child too! If not for—if not for—”
“If not for the fact that you were animal enough to abandon your pregnant wife and roll around with your mistress?”
I paused.
“At least you have one child now. And a happy home.”
My words landed on Julian like a sledgehammer.
He went hollow, all the life draining out of him. He collapsed to the ground, first wailing, then laughing, a laugh full of despair and self-loathing.
Then he stood, suddenly. And ran straight into oncoming traffic. And ended it, right there.
It happened too fast for anyone to react. Marcus, sharp-eyed, threw his arm across the children’s faces before they could see.
Sebastian pulled me into him and murmured, low, against my ear.
“A man who fails his wife ends up with nothing. That’s what he deserves.”
Sebastian and his moral compass.
I was speechless for a moment. Wasn’t that supposed to be *my* line?
I was going to be completely at this man’s mercy for the rest of my life.
Sebastian pressed a kiss to my forehead.
“Someone accused your husband of being unable to get it up. I’ll have to work extra hard tonight to correct the record.”
Sunlight burned my face bright red. I didn’t answer. I just buried my head deeper against his chest.
