The Stolen Savior: He Loved The Wrong Sister Chapter 20

From the moment Nora had rushed out of the flames clutching Snowball, she’d already struck straight into his heart.

She was his. No one could change that.

“Nora, I admit my initial intentions with you weren’t pure,” Lucian said, his tone grave. “And I’ve done many things I deeply regret. I understand if you can’t forgive me.”

“But I won’t give up. I’ll keep pursuing you until you accept me again.”

Nora pressed her lips together. After staying silent for so long, she finally spoke. “Don’t waste your time. We’re done.”

With that, Nora stood and moved to a seat as far from Lucian as possible.

She’d originally sat in the back to avoid her classmates. Now she moved to the front row to escape Lucian.

The front rows were full. People were whispering about Nora and Lucian.

“Are you serious? That beauty is Nora? She’s changed so much!”

“If I’d known she’d look like this after losing weight, I would’ve asked her out back then.”

“Isn’t the most shocking part that Nora and Lucian actually dated?”

“Lucian is the campus heartthrob! Nora used to be so fat. How on earth did he ever look at her?”

The gossip continued even after Nora sat down, voices lowered but still audible.

Nora ignored all of it. She sat quietly in the front row, waiting for the ceremony to begin.

Soon, the music started. The graduation ceremony was about to commence.

The deans and faculty were about to enter. Everyone took their seats, not daring to cause any more trouble.

A familiar figure slipped into the seat beside Nora without a sound.

Nora’s body tensed immediately. She frowned and moved to change seats, but Lucian caught her hand firmly.

“Don’t go.” His voice was low. “Graduation only happens once in a lifetime. I want to spend it with you.”
