Trapped With The Untouchable CEO Chapter 03

I wasn’t doing any better.

After the recent struggle, the drug in my system rushed through my veins, spreading everywhere, eating through what little self-control I had left.

I bit down hard on the tip of my tongue, the metallic taste of blood spreading in my mouth as I used the pain to fight off that shameful desire.

Worse still, my body was already reacting. It felt like ants were crawling under my skin, pulling me toward him against my will.

Alexander’s wound was still bleeding, staining half of his sleeve red.

With shaking hands, I tore the lace hem from my dress. “Use this to bandage it.”

My legs were weak, my voice trembling uncontrollably, as I barely managed to take two steps and hand it to him.

Alexander’s body suddenly stiffened. He turned around, his reddened eyes looking like a wild beast on the verge of losing control.

His gaze first fell on the strip of cloth I offered, then slowly moved up, fixing on my face.

A chill ran through me under that stare. I instinctively tried to pull my hand back, but he suddenly grabbed my wrist.

His fingertips brushed against my skin, sending an electric tingle through me.

Every rational part of me screamed to push him away, but my body betrayed me, only wanting to bury itself in his arms.

“Don’t…”

I bit my lip, my nails digging deep into my palms, using the pain to maintain my last shred of clarity.

“No, Alexander.”

The comments on the screen went completely crazy:

“He finally made a move! Pin her against the wall!”

“The woman is already melting! What is she pretending for?”

“I bet they can’t last 10 seconds. Wager: 15,000 dollars.”

“Go for it! Stop dawdling!”

My tears fell uncontrollably, a scalding drop smashing onto the back of his hand. He jerked suddenly, as if burned by the tear.

He abruptly let go of me, panting as he took two steps back.

“Sorry!” He looked away, a hint of panic in his voice. “Thank you, but I don’t need a bandage.”

We both knew clearly that once we gave in to our bodies’ desires, we would be reduced to bodies on display while strangers mocked us, and the dark web would record and sell our video.

Our video would even end up in the worst corners of the internet. The price of momentary desire would be endless pain and regret.

Because they didn’t see what they wanted, the comments slithered across the screen like venomous snakes, each one dripping with malice:

“Oh! He actually refused? What a hypocrite!”

“Trash! He can’t even handle a woman!”

“Look at Mr. Sterling’s back! He must be so hard it hurts! Why is he still playing hero?”

“Damn it, because they’re dawdling, I’ve lost millions!”

“The woman should stop pretending too! Her face is completely red, she definitely wants it!”

“Hurry up and pounce! Relieve each other! We’ll flood you with paid gifts!”

Just then, the warehouse speaker suddenly blared, still that cold electronic voice.

“Hehe, now entering the Close Contact Challenge.”

“Rule: Do as I demand, otherwise the Pink Bubble Gas will continue to be released.”

Alexander suddenly looked up, like an enraged bull, roaring at the speaker, “Bring it on! Even if I die, I won’t let you scumbags get what you want!”

“And Ms. Bennett?” The electronic voice asked with a giggle.

The rush of male hormones pushed the drug’s effects to their absolute peak. I was barely holding on with every last ounce of my strength, unable to speak a single word, only shaking my head vigorously.

The electronic voice suddenly turned cold.

“It seems you two still don’t get it. If that’s the case, Ms. Bennett, they say it’s harder for a man to win a woman over than for a woman to tempt a man. Why don’t you make the first move?”

“Don’t be in a rush to refuse. Do you… recognize this?”

The image on the monitor suddenly switched, no longer showing our live broadcast.

Instead, it was a close-up shot—in the frame was a pink hair tie with a tiny rabbit pendant attached to it.

My heart sank heavily. That was my sister Mia Bennett’s hair tie. I gave it to her for her birthday last year, and she wore it every day.

The electronic voice carried a malicious laugh.

“If you don’t want anything to happen to her, make him kiss you. Don’t tell me you don’t want to kiss right now?”

The comments at the bottom of the screen instantly went crazy:

“Ah! Now that’s leverage!”

“Kiss! Kiss already!”

“Your sister’s life, or your pride? Choose.”

“Hurry up! I already bet on the position.”

“I bet on missionary, wager: 80,000 dollars.”
