Daddy Helps When Husband’s Away Chapter 03
The sensation shot straight to the crown of my head.
Deep in my belly, an unfamiliar heat rose.
My legs pressed tighter together.
The moment I heard the low moan escape my throat, my face burned scarlet.
Ethan’s hand froze.
After a beat of silence, he cleared his throat.
“Sorry, sweetheart. Was that too much pressure?”
Head down, I gave a small shake.
He gave a soft mm and resumed.
My heart was pounding so hard I thought it would burst through my chest.
That was when my phone rang.
I fumbled for it with a limp arm.
The glass caught my reflection — flushed cheeks, lower lip bitten pale, damp light glimmering at the corners of my eyes. The skin from my throat down to my collarbones flushed pink.
I looked like a woman in the middle of something else entirely.
And the call was from Mason.
Somehow, that gave everything a sharp, guilty edge of betrayal.
I’d been about to reject the call, but in the flustered fumbling I accidentally hit accept — on video.
Mason’s face filled the screen. He was in his hotel room in Tokyo.
“Hey, baby.”
He sounded tired.
Then, casually: “Ethan should be there soon, right? Put the pump away, sweetheart.”
Only then did I notice — my electric pump was still sitting on the couch cushion.
Ethan had seen the whole scene the moment he walked in.
But I couldn’t tell Mason I’d forgotten to hide it, because then he’d ask what time Ethan had actually arrived.
Almost without thinking, I said, “He’s not here yet, honey. Still on his way.”
I was lying.
Lying to my husband, to his face.
While my stepfather sat beside me.
Ethan’s gaze fell on the pump. The corner of his mouth curled into something dangerous.
The next second, the pressure of his massage deepened.
The sensation nearly liquefied me.
“Mm—!”
I gasped.
Mason’s brow furrowed instantly.
“Sophia? You okay?”
I bit down on my lip so hard it hurt, and swatted silently at Ethan’s arm — stop it.
Ethan just raised an eyebrow.
I forced my voice to sound calm.
“I’m fine, honey. I’m trying to work it out myself. It hurts a little.”
Mason gave a helpless laugh on the other end.
“Baby, just wait for Ethan. He’s an expert at this.”
An expert.
I almost laughed out loud.
Ethan had obviously heard. He gave the smallest, softest chuckle.
“Your husband’s right, sweetheart.”
“I really am an expert. At relieving your… discomfort.”
I rushed to end the call.
“Honey, I—”
But at that exact moment Ethan leaned close to my ear and murmured:
“Baby, if you want it really cleared out, we have to work both ends.”
Both ends?
For a second, I couldn’t process it.
Then the blood drained from my face.
That sound — was that a zipper —
—
