He Married Another So I Accepted My Arranged Husband Chapter 12
Desmond said he would give me a proper wedding.
And he really did leave all the decisions to me.
I handled most of the details for the ceremony, while he managed the witness list and security arrangements for both sides.
We quickly chose a neutral hotel on the shores of Lake Lugano, sent out invitations, and booked the wedding team.
I sent the damaged wedding gown to be repaired.
But the wedding date was too soon; it wouldn’t be ready in time.
Desmond said we would simply buy another one.
He accompanied me to a couture bridal boutique.
The staff were all warm and polite, but I couldn’t shake the feeling that they were looking at me strangely.
I endured it for a while before finally asking, “What, exactly, is everyone looking at?”
After a moment’s hesitation, one of the saleswomen took out her phone and handed it to me.
“Indigo, have you seen the news out of the U.S. lately?”
Since leaving New York, I had deleted the social media apps I used most.
I took the phone and saw that topics related to me were trending.

I tapped on the top post.
It had all started with a single comment under the announcement of my marriage to Desmond.
*Isn’t this the woman who tried to steal her best friend’s husband and ruin the Moretti-Ferraro wedding? How is she the Bellandi Family’s new bride?*
