He Was Reborn To Claim Me But I’m Already Married Chapter 31

My daughter was born on a snowy morning.

The night before, Mother had still been teaching Grandmother how to use a new coffee machine.

The two of them argued for ages over whether to add the water or the coffee first.

I laughed so hard my stomach hurt, and at first, none of us thought anything of it.

Not until Daniel realized something was wrong did the whole house descend into chaos.

Mother grabbed the wrong coat.

Grandmother forgot her cane.

By the time Evelyn and my brother-in-law arrived at the hospital, Daniel was standing outside the delivery room, his face as white as the wall.

My brother-in-law couldn’t bear to watch and patted him on the shoulder.

“It’s a normal delivery. Try not to scare yourself.”

Daniel nodded stiffly.

After a moment, he suddenly asked, “Were you this nervous on your wedding day?”

My brother-in-law fell silent.

At his side, Evelyn said dryly, “On his wedding day, he was busy chasing down a kidnapper. I don’t think he had time to be nervous.”

Mother, who had been crying with anxiety, couldn’t help but laugh through her tears.

The baby was born safely.

When the nurse brought her to me, her eyes were closed, her tiny fingers curled beside her face.

Daniel came in and looked at the baby first.
