Reborn To Reject My Alpha And Watch His World Burn Chapter 07
Royal Healer Helen Foster arrived quickly with her medical team.
Serena first claimed she felt dizzy, then went limp in Nolan’s arms, trying to draw everyone’s attention.
But Vivian stayed by my side, refusing to let Nolan or Serena come near me.
The medical team cut away the fabric over my abdomen, treated the wound beneath my ribs, and scanned the monitoring patch at my waist.
Doubt began to ripple through the crowd.
“If Iris were lying, why would she dare let the royal medical team read the records?”
“And Serena’s the one who kept trying to stop the examination.”
“Could the woman in the suite really have been Nolan and his brother’s widow?”
Helen reviewed the live scan, then pulled up the synchronized records stored at the Royal Medical Center.
Her face was grave when she finally stood.
“Iris is indeed pregnant, approximately eight weeks.”
“This is a high-risk pregnancy. From the moment she entered tonight’s banquet until just before she was injured, the fetal heartbeat was weak but stable. The monitoring shows no sustained contractions that would be caused by intimacy or intense physical activity.”
“She could not have been in that suite with Alpha Nolan.”
