He Scorned My Love Now He Watches My Rise Chapter 10
Colton’s hand pressed against the edge of the table, his knuckles white.
“And the second time? Who told me she was applying for an overseas post just to force me to give her an apartment?”
“I was just saying.”
“Every time, you were just saying?”
Alpha pressure rolled off him in waves.
No one in the room dared to move. But when I had needed him, that power had never appeared.
Colton looked at his friends.
“She skipped an exam to rush to the clinic, and you laughed that she was afraid of losing her meal ticket. Her mother was in the hospital, and you lied to get her back again. She gave up two overseas posts, and you said she couldn’t bear to lose the money and the Luna title.”
His voice grew lower, heavier.
“What exactly did she ever take from me?”

Colton pointed at one of them.
“You. Answer me.”
The man avoided his gaze.
“It seems like… she really didn’t take anything.”
“And the car?”
“She didn’t want it.”
“The apartment and residency?”
“She didn’t want those, either.”
“The bank card, the jewelry, the bags, the pack allowance—did she take any of it?”
The man’s voice grew quieter and quieter.
“No.”
Colton turned to Bianca.
