Reborn To Reject My Alpha And Watch His World Burn Chapter 20

Reborn To Reject My Alpha And Watch His World Burn Chapter 20

My father set the investigation results on the table and said coldly, “Vivian is dead. Ethan is blind. Nolan’s been exiled to the northern border. Serena died in the capital.”

“It’s a good thing you got out of Ironridge when you did. Otherwise, who knows what other disasters they would have dragged you into.”

My mother shot him a look, silently telling him not to upset me further.

I closed the educational theory textbook in my hands, took my mother’s hand, and shook my head calmly.

“It’s all right.”

“Whatever happens to them now can’t hurt me anymore.”

My grandfather ran a school for young wolves from different Packs. My parents intended to stay and help him, and I decided to resume my own teacher training.

For the past five years, I had given up the educational work I loved—and my own true self—just to be the kind of Luna Nolan wanted.

The pain of my past life seemed to fade the day I left the capital behind.

In this life, I did not take the blame for anyone else.

And the people who hurt me all paid the price.

From now on, all I want is to learn the craft of teaching from my parents and grandfather, and reclaim the life that was stolen from me.
