She Framed Me As Unfit So I’ll See Her In Court Chapter 10

By the time I walked out of the principal’s office, I realized my hands were shaking.

In my last life, I had begged the school, too. What I got in return was buck-passing, suspicion, and in the end, everyone telling me to keep quiet.

Not this time.

If the school refused to protect Maya, then I would fight this all the way myself.

At eight that night, Sloan went live with a stream called “Pray for Maya.”

Her eyes were rimmed red, mascara smudged just enough to look like she’d been crying for a long time.

“I was only worried about Maya, but Nia is threatening me with police reports and lawyers.”

She covered her mouth and looked into the camera through choked sobs.

“I really don’t know what else she might do… For Maya’s sake, can we all please think of a way to help her…”

The comments instantly flooded the screen.

My name, my photos, the exterior of my apartment building were forwarded into one community group after another. Hundreds of direct messages poured into my social media accounts—some cursing me, some threatening me, and some calling on everyone in the community forums to report me to CPS at the same time for being “mentally unstable.”

My phone kept vibrating.

I silenced the notifications, started screen recording, and saved the livestream, the comments, the posts, the shares, and the account information one by one. Then I sorted them by time and put them into a new evidence folder.

Sloan wanted to crush me under the weight of the whole community.

But she had forgotten something.

The more people there were, the more evidence they left behind.
